The main concept for the building was derived keeping in mind the need for modernity and simultaneously the solar patterns. The Horizontal and vertical sunshades provide adequate sunshade during the scrotching summer days.

The Fabric canopy adds to the aesthetics of the place and merging with the sunlight it creates impressive subtle shades which lit the inner parts of the complex.

The building also has 2 basements addressing the huge parking and service requirement.
